A message from the company president

Turning the internet into air

Having come into existence with the rise in popularity of computers, the internet is increasingly becoming a necessary part of life now that smart phones have arrived on the scene. However, the fact is that many internet services and devices are created on the premise that users are well versed in IT, making operations difficult for the average user.

Lately, the spread of smart phones has diversified the internet user demographic still further, creating what has been called a digital divide. Since the founding of the company, Optim has worked to develop support products to allow every user to enjoy equally the creativity and convenience afforded by the internet. From computer to smart phone regardless of the type of device, Optim’s goals remains the same.

At Optim, our mission is to turn the internet into something like air for a substance which is vital, yet exists without effort on our part. We are confident that a social environment such as this will be realized. We look forward to your ongoing support and welcome your guidance in helping us achieve this goal.

Optim’s solution menu

The preferred MDM solution

Optim’s MDM authorized edition boasts the most compliant devices in the industry. It is used by large system integrators and communications companies. Its affiliation with device makers allows Optim to offer high level functions which its competitors cannot.

Improvement of efficiency through visible support

Users transfer screens from their devices through to operators, meaning problems are solved quickly. Optim’s independent technology has created the only product in the industry that is compatible with all Android devices.

Easy management of intra-company devices

Office IT devices of all kinds can be managed on the one platform. Easy handling allows anyone to operate as an IT manager would.

Making the Android easier to use

Starting with kitting tools that can aid set-up in a large volume of devices, Optim has a full line-up of products for use with the Android.

Optimal Remote

Optimal Remote operates through the Web to allow screen sharing between a PC and a client’s device, as well as being a tool that allows an operator to carry out operations remotely on a client’s PC.

Optimal Remote operates across various situations. When used as a support tool in call centers, it reduces the support time, while if used for remote maintenance of a device it removes the need for on-site operations.

Thanks to Optimal Remote allowing for sharing of clients’ PCs and remote operations, there has been a huge reduction in the amount of time required for explaining the screen display and various operations. Optimal Remote allows problems to be solved in about 60% of the time that would be required for support by telephone only.

Simple installation and nothing to prepare mean it’s ready for use immediately

A click of a button on the web page and preparation is complete. All you need to do is to be connected to the internet. Even beginner users can get support easily.

Stringent security to protect clients’ information

256bit SSL is used in connections, preventing other parties from viewing communications. As a further security measure, client permission via a confirmation screen is required when operators begin remote operations. Within the same network, devices can communicate without passing through a server, meaning highly confidential operations are possible.

Easy to uninstall after support for complete security and peace of mind

Support tools are automatically uninstalled from clients’ computers following each support session. This allows for support to be provided without burdening operations with potential security concerns from tools remaining installed.

An intuitive, comfortable interface

The keyboard is displayed to users on-screen and explained using easy to understand expressions, accompanied by icons such as a pointing finger and red pen. Sending URLs and commands through to users are just some of the ways to simplify use, and functions to reduce support time are offered also.
